  I paid for a course/program, how do I access it?

TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL PROGRAM FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
1. Check Your Email
You should have received an email receipt as well as an email with instructions for creating your login to access the content immediately after making your purchase.

2. Check Your SPAM or PROMOTIONS Folder 
We do our best but sometimes it goes to spam or the promotions folder! 

Search for the email subject:

3. Create Your Account 

If You ALREADY Have An Account:

You can access the content any time by clicking on the link in your access email ">>> Click Here To Access Your Content". 

Then on the bottom of the form, choose "Already a Member" and enter your email address and password.


If You HAVE NOT Yet Created An Account:

You can create your account with the link in the email ">>> Click Here To Access Your Content"
DID YOU USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU PURCHASED WITH?

 I made an account, but why don't I see my purchases?

If you have not done so using the correct email address, you can create your account with the link in the email ">>> Click Here To Access Your Content"

Once you are signed in you can see your purchase(s).

If you're still having trouble, email our support team and we can help you take care of that.

Please be sure to either email us from the email used to make your purchase, or include that email address in your correspondence so we can find your purchase in our system : )

Click on the link in your access email (I suggest you bookmark this page for ease of access!)
If you would like to reset your password, you can by:

1. At the bottom right of the log in area, click on "Forgot Password?"

2. Enter the email used to make your purchase above and submit

You will receive an email that will have a link to reset your password from there!

Just shoot a quick email to our support team and they can help you get a refund for your purchase:

You have a full 30 days to receive a refund and we will honor that no questions asked.

However, do NOT submit a chargeback to your bank as that may result in you not receiving your money back. 

Please be sure to either email us from the email used to make your purchase, or include that email address in your correspondence so we can find your purchase in our system : )

Navigating The Members Area

Question: My videos aren't loading, what do I do?
First, please check that you have internet access, as this is often the cause of slow or problematic streaming. 

Sometimes there is an issue with the browser as well, so if you are using Internet Explorer, please try Chrome, or any other alternative (or vice versa).

Lastly, we would ask that you clear your cache - please see how to do so for the most popular browsers below:

Google Chrome - 

In the upper-right of Chrome to select Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data or History > History > Clear browsing data.
Internet Explorer - 

Access the gear icon at upper left and select Internet Options > General tab. From here, you can click the Delete button to instantly get rid of cookies and cached data. (Please make sure you don't delete your saved passwords!)

Safari - 

Open Safari > History > At the bottom of the menu, choose Clear History > Select the drop-down menu to choose a timeframe to delete the cookies from Safari > Clear History.
